A customer for more than a decade★★★★★5.0 on Google · 108 reviewsRead more reviews →
We have worked with Premiere Floors for more than a decade. We've had repairs done for water damage to wood floors, had laminate installed, replaced carpet in 2 rooms and on our stairs, replaced carpet with hardwood in 3 rooms, and had our master bathroom updated. We have been very happy with each job, which is why we keep coming back when we have another project. But the most important compliment we can give is to say they are reliable, trustworthy and provide excellent customer service, which is the reason we've returned again and again. If you want quality work and quality service, look no further.

Questions

Water damage FAQ

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. Our team has experience working with insurance companies on covered flooring repairs. We can provide a clear, detailed estimate for your claim and coordinate with your adjuster.

Can you match my existing floors?

In many cases, yes. We match new flooring to your existing floors so a repaired area blends in, whether it's hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, carpet or tile. If an exact match isn't available, we'll walk you through the best options, including replacing a whole room or area for a seamless look.

What if the repair is not covered by insurance?

We can still help. We perform repairs that aren't covered by insurance for you to pay for outright, with a free estimate first.

Do you remove water or dry out my home?

No. If water is still present, call your insurance company and a water mitigation company first. Once the area is dry, we handle the flooring: removal of damaged floors, subfloor checks, and repair or replacement.

What types of floors can you repair?

Hardwood, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, carpet and tile. We also offer 100% dust-free hardwood refinishing to blend repaired areas.

Should I choose a waterproof floor for the replacement?

It's worth considering, especially in kitchens, baths, laundry rooms and basements. Waterproof luxury vinyl and waterproof laminate are popular choices after a leak.
